WHAT IS YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME?
All website projects are different and can move at different paces, however we recommend allowing yourself 1 to 4 weeks to get things booked, started, reviewed and finalized. We do not rush anyone and know that some projects can take much longer.
DO YOU CHARGE RE-OCCURING FEES?
RDP Media Company does not charge any continued fees after your project is completed, unless you pay for continued monthly or annual services. All of our website packages and services offered are set at flat rates paid directly to us for each service performed. Additional costs can be added depending on what you have done or add to your services.
WHAT COSTS DO WE PAY?
RDP Media Company only charges you the cost of the build, design and time. You are required to pay continued Monthly or Yearly hosting fees, as well as the yearly domain fees associated with your website, unless otherwise mentioned or apart of any deal booked at that time.
DO WE OR RDP MEDIA OWN THE SITE?
RDP Media Company gives every client access to the full ownership of their site upon completion and final payment made to us. We do not hold onto anything or make you pay/do anything to keep your website. Once the design is done and our service fee is paid, everything is done directly between you and the service provider moving forward (WIX, Square, Squarespace, Pixieset, etc..) if it is a refresh on your current website, you keep same access as always, if a restart-refresh, you get same ownership as if it was a whole new build.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
As of 2026 Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash and PayPal payments will no longer be accepted. We will be sending direct invoices for payment to you via email where you can securely make payment via debit card, credit card, ACH or Venmo. Cash is still accepted. By doing so you will receive accurate invoicing and receipts directly from our banking system.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
All logos, business cards or small services are pay in full and non-refundable. All website projects are 50% down as a deposit and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, you don’t owe RDP Media anything else for your project. If you pay in full, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking to be elegible for a 40% refund. If you do not cancel timely, the full balance is non-refundable.
