Payment & Refund Policy – RDP Media 2026

Website Projects

All website design projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your project start date and begin work, unless a different amount is discussed and agreed upon in writing. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or website access are released. You may pay your balance in full at booking for $200 off the amount.

Logo, Branding & Small Design Services

All logos, business cards, Google services, graphics, and small-balance projects must be paid in full upfront before work begins.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable since we. However, the following exception applies:

• If a project is canceled within 24 hours of payment, a 35% refund may be issued.

• After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided.

Account Credit Policy

If a project is canceled after the 24-hour window, any payments made will be converted into a credit with RDP Media. This credit:

• Never expires

• Can be applied toward future services

• Is non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Project Start & Turnaround

RDP Media does not guarantee or require specific project start dates after booking. However, all projects must be initiated within 3 months of the original booking date. If a project is not started within this timeframe due to lack of client communication, content submission, or response delays, the project may be considered inactive and subject to rescheduling or credit conversion at RDP Media’s discretion. Turnaround times may vary based on project scope, revisions, and client responsiveness.

Payment Methods Accepted:

RDP​ Media Company uses Lili Banking for all invoices and payment methods. Other invoice methods we use are PayPal. You have the option to pay via: Invoice on Lili, PayPal, Credit or Debit.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting payment to RDP Media, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and refund policies. All website projects will require a full contract and agreement to be signed at booking.
