Booking & Project Policies
To ensure every project runs smoothly and efficiently, please review the following booking and project policies before securing your spot.
Booking Policy
Consultation Required
All website and branding projects begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This allows us to discuss your business, goals, project requirements, timeline, and determine the best solution for your needs.
Signed Agreement Required
A signed project agreement and contract are required before any work begins.
Deposit or Full Payment Required
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We allow the option for full payment when booking for a discount. Full balance becomes non-refundable 24 hours after booking. If cancelled within the first 24 hours, a 30% refund will be applied, remaining will act as a credit.
Projects are not considered booked until the deposit and signed agreement have been received.
Content & Communication Policy
Content Submission
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including:

Business information
-
Photos
-
Logos
-
Branding materials
-
Service descriptions
-
Contact information
Delays in receiving content may extend project timelines.
Communication
We strive to respond to all emails and messages within 1–2 business days.
To keep projects moving efficiently, timely feedback and approvals are appreciated.
Revision Policy
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions during the design process.
Additional revisions, major redesign requests, or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional fees.
Payment Policy
Deposit

50% due at booking or Full payment can be made (payment options accepted: Credit, Debit, Venmo or ACH payment)

Non-refundable once payment is sent
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before:

Website launch
-
Delivery of final design files

Transfer of ownership or access
Failure to complete final payment may result in delays to launch and delivery.
Project Timeline Policy
Estimated completion dates are based on receiving requested content and approvals on time.
Project timelines may be extended due to:

Delayed content submissions
-
Unresponsive communication
-
Scope changes
-
Third-party platform delays
Website Launch Policy
Before launch, we will meet for a final review to ensure everything functions properly and meets your expectations.
Once final approval is given:

The website will be published.

Domain connections will be completed.

Final balances must be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project at any time with written notice.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Ownership Policy
Upon final payment, clients receive ownership of all approved final designs and website assets created specifically for their project.
RDP Media Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Client must keep RDP branding on the website as long as 50% or more of the website is RDPs work. If another name is in place of RDP and it remains the original work, legal action may be taken.
Website Platform Policy
Clients are responsible for all third-party platform fees, including but not limited to:

Wix
-
Shopify
-
Domain registration
-
Hosting services
-
Email services
-
Premium plugins or applications
These fees are separate from RDP Media Company project pricing.
Post-Launch Support
All website packages include 14 days of post-launch support for minor updates, corrections, and assistance.
Requests beyond the included support period may require a maintenance plan or hourly service fee.
