1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, signing a proposal, or purchasing services from RDP Media Company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RDP Media Company provides services including, but not limited to:

• Custom Website Design & Development

• Website Maintenance

• Branding & Logo Design

• Graphic Design

• Print Design

• SEO & Google Business Services

• Marketing Materials

• Consulting Services

All services are customized to the individual needs of each client.

All quotes and proposals are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

A project is considered approved once:

• A proposal or agreement has been signed.

• A deposit has been received.

• Written approval has been provided by the client.

4. Deposits & Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

• Remaining balances are due prior to final website launch, file delivery, or project completion.

• Projects with unpaid balances may be paused until payment is received.

• If balance is paid in full at booking to get the discount, full balance is non-refundable.

• Any paid in full project cancelled within 24 hours of booking can get up to 30% refunded back to them. After the 24 hour period passes, the full balance is non-refundable. Any balances will act as credits for future projects.

All payments made toward custom design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.

Major redesign requests after approval may require a new proposal.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Content

• Images

• Branding materials

• Feedback

• Approvals

in a timely manner.

Project delays caused by missing content or delayed communication may impact project timelines.

7. Website Ownership

Upon final payment:

• The client owns all approved website content and custom design work created specifically for their project.

• The client retains ownership of their domain name and hosting accounts whenever possible.

• The client agrees to display RDP Media branding on the bottom of their website indefinitely, so long as the website design remains the same and RDP Media Company's work is displayed and used.

RDP Media Company reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a client or customer chooses to leave and go elsewhere or not use RDP moving forward, RDP Branding is legally required to be displayed in the footer of the website unless the website is re-designed. If 50% or more of the website remains RDP's work, the branding must remain in place. If another companies branding is placed on our work, legal action will be perused.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may utilize third-party platforms or services, including but not limited to:

• Wix

• Squarespace

• Pixieset

• Google

• Domain Registrars (Wix, GoDaddy, Square, IONOS, Google, Name Cheap, & More)

• Hosting Providers (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Pixieset)

• Payment Processors

RDP Media Company is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices, RDP Media Company does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings

• Google placement

• Website traffic levels

• Lead generation results

• Sales increases

Results vary based on competition, market conditions, and numerous external factors.

10. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines only.

Project timelines may be affected by:

• Client response times

• Content delivery delays

• Scope changes

• Third-party platform issues

11. Limitation of Liability

RDP Media Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, websites, or designs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

12. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.

Any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain billable and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

13. Intellectual Property

All concepts, drafts, mockups, and preliminary designs remain the property of RDP Media Company until final payment has been received.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of unpaid work is prohibited.

14. Website Maintenance

Unless a maintenance agreement is purchased, clients are responsible for ongoing updates, security, content management, and platform fees after project completion. We charge a yearly maintenance fee that is separate from the hosting, domain or build/design fees.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within Texas.
